2025
TrueLight 3D Sensing has entered a new phase of development, gradually transitioning from technological research and development to market expansion and globalization. Branch offices have been established in Suzhou and Shenzhen to further enhance market coverage.
2024
The confocal 3D microscopic sensor has completed mass production and delivery. It has received tens of millions of Pre-A round investments from Yuanhe Origin, Peakview Capital, Optics Valley Investment, Changshu Angel, and other investors.
2023
TrueLight 3D Sensing has successfully completed the development of prototype confocal 3D microsensors and line-spectrum confocal 3D sensors. It has also secured nearly tens of millions of angel investment from Peak Capital.

Hubei TrueLight 3D Sensing Technology Ltd. was established in 2022 and is headquartered in Wuhan Optics Valley, Hubei.
Since 2011
Professor Liu Xiaojun's team began tackling the challenge of micro-nano optical 3D measurement technology, successively completing national-level projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China project “Research on Precision Measurement Technology and System for Dynamic Surface Morphology of White Light Synchronous Phase Shift Microscopy Interference” and the National Major Scientific Instruments Special Project “Research and Development of a Series of High-end Surface Morphology Measurement Instruments.”
