A Hardcore Showcase: Four Star Products Highlight China’s Technological Strength

At this exhibition, TrueLight 3D Sensing made a grand appearance with its four core products, comprehensively showcasing its independently developed technological achievements and solutions in the field of micro- and nano-scale measurement and inspection using 3D sensors and 3D microscopes. These solutions precisely address the inspection needs of multiple sectors, including semiconductors, high-end PCBs, new energy, advanced displays, optical components, and new materials. Thanks to its robust technological advantages and strong implementation capabilities, the company garnered significant attention and recognition from numerous attendees at the event.

Confocal 3D Microscopy Sensor: Leveraging proprietary core area-array optical and confocal imaging technologies, this sensor excels in non-contact, high-precision, and high-efficiency 3D measurement and inspection. It effortlessly handles the inspection of challenging materials such as highly reflective and transparent surfaces, as well as micro- and nano-scale structures, making it the preferred solution for automated inspection on industrial production lines.

Confocal 3D Microscope: Combines 2D and 3D observation, measurement, and analysis capabilities, truly delivering multi-functionality in a single instrument. The product leverages wide-field imaging and area-array light-scanning technology, with Z-axis measurement accuracy spanning 1 nm to 1 μm and a maximum travel range of up to 30 mm, thereby meeting both ultra-high precision and ultra-wide measurement-range requirements. It exhibits exceptional adaptability across diverse materials and sample structures, enabling high-speed imaging in seconds. Supported by a long-life LED light source and remote maintenance design, it ensures low total-cost-of-ownership over the entire lifecycle. Additionally, its fully open SDK allows for seamless customization to meet the specific needs of domestic production lines.

Line-scan confocal 3D sensor: This product features a self-developed, integrated sensing-and-computing parallel-processing SoC architecture, delivering a scanning speed of up to 2,000 Hz across a full depth of field. Paired with a high-precision dual-axis optical path design and a CMOS image sensor, it enables ultra-high-speed online inspection. The sensor boasts exceptional adaptability and ease of integration, supports remote parameter tuning and SDK updates, incurs low maintenance costs, and can be seamlessly integrated into a wide range of automated production lines.

AM100 LITE: Leveraging the mature core technology and superior performance of its confocal 3D sensor, this model has undergone targeted volume optimization based on the existing technological foundation, resulting in a more compact and streamlined design. While retaining the original high-precision, highly adaptable measurement capabilities, it significantly enhances installation flexibility and scene adaptability, making it suitable for a wider range of space-constrained inspection scenarios and integration requirements. This further strengthens the brand’s portfolio of lightweight, precision inspection solutions.
