Technical Principle
Based on the principle of wide-field microscopic imaging, it uses structured light illumination to modulate the surface information of the object being measured, removes out-of-focus signal interference, and obtains the 3D morphology of the microscopic surface through vertical axial scanning. It is also suitable for surfaces with complex features (such as scattering surfaces) and smooth surfaces. Depending on the application scenario, the Z-axis precision can be flexibly adjusted to cover the range from 1 nm to 1 μm. This technology breaks through the barriers of traditional technologies and core components such as laser confocal microscopy, extended depth of field, and white light interference, using a unique surface array light scanning confocal technology to achieve higher efficiency and stronger imaging capabilities:
